Our holiday flat is part of a detached house in the Hellern destrict of Osnabrück and is located in a quiet residential area (dead end). The M4 bus route, the A30 motorway and various supermarktes are less than 500m away. The seperate entrance to the apartment leads directly into the garden with a romantic seating area under a large sherry tree.

Hellern has excellent infrastructure and has practically everything you could wish for: several supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc.

The 2-room apartment has a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, a small kitchen-living room, television and WiFi. Both rooms each have a bed (90x200cm and 140x200cm), so a maximum of 3 people can stay there. A piano is available for music lovers.

Kitchen equipment: electric stove with 4 hobs (ceramic) and iven, refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, kettle and much more.

Parking spaces are available, playgrounds, sports fields and tennis courts are nerby (SV Hellern).

Aside from that:

Grill, large gardento relax in, garden furniture, deck chair; Bicycles can be stored.

Non-smoking apartment (please only smoke in the garden)

Pets are not allowed
